A premium building usually passes through four firms: a designer, a main contractor, a fit-out contractor and a facilities provider. Every handover between them is a gap in responsibility, and the owner carries it.

Konstruction closes those gaps. Engineering, construction, fit-out and maintenance sit with one team, under one contract, answerable for the whole building.

We plan every project from the day it opens. When the team that builds a building also maintains it, nothing is left for someone else to find.

  1. Set out

    Scope, cost and programme agreed before mobilisation. Risks are priced at the start, not discovered on site.

  2. Build

    Structure, envelope and services built by one site team, reporting against one programme.

  3. Finish

    Fit-out to the designer’s tolerances, with samples and mock-ups approved before installation.

  4. Hand over

    Tested systems, as-built records and trained operators on the day the keys change hands.

  5. Operate

    Planned maintenance from a team that already knows how the building was put together.
